Cadi Kiosk Operational Update in Seattle

August 31, 2023

Dear Esteemed Investors,

We are pleased to share with you the latest developments regarding Cadi's kiosk expansion into the Seattle market. As of August 18th, the kiosk successfully landed and commenced operations, albeit in a preliminary capacity. We officially opened the kiosk for user interactions on August 28th, positioned at the Jefferson Park Golf Course in Seattle, WA.

In preparation for this pivotal moment, our team has been working diligently to ensure a seamless and dependable user experience. Matt has been on-site in Seattle since August 15th, overseeing the meticulous process of transitioning the kiosk into full autonomy. Given the intricate nature of the kiosk, which integrates various complex systems, his efforts have been focused on meticulous coordination.

Within a relatively short span, we HAD to achieve several critical milestones, including:

  • Establishing operational payment capabilities in partnership with our banking affiliate.
  • Collaborating with our engineering experts to reactivate the kiosk's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other essential systems.
  • Navigating the intricacies of insurance reactivation, a challenge compounded by recent insurance developments in California.
  • Procuring essential inventory for the kiosk's offerings.
  • Securing the requisite funding to support inventory procurement.
  • Enabling external internet connectivity through the establishment of a hotspot.
  • Developing mutually beneficial relationships with the management of Jefferson Park Golf Course.
  • Facilitating housing arrangements and operational strategies for effective kiosk management.
  • Crafting a comprehensive marketing plan, complemented by strategically designed signage to educate and inform potential users.

Our strategic outlook emphasizes a long-terms approach to how to community to consumers and learn from interactions of the kiosk. Recognizing that establishing user familiarity and trust is paramount, we are committed to fostering a digital community that complements our partnership with the City of Seattle courses. This approach aligns with our long-term vision, ensuring that users have ample opportunity to interact with and embrace the kiosk's offerings before user engagement stabilizes.

I will be personally heading to Seattle to join in our team's efforts this coming Friday. Matt's commendable work thus far has positioned us for a promising trajectory. We anticipate increased activity and user engagement over the next month.

For any of our esteemed investors who may find themselves in the vicinity, we extend a warm invitation to visit Jefferson Park and experience our kiosk firsthand by trying out the clubs on the range or course.

Thank you for your unwavering support and confidence in our endeavors. We remain dedicated to realizing the potential of Cadi's kiosk in the Seattle market and look forward to keeping you updated on our progress.

As always, Go Cadi

Tyler G.
